Baby is growing up

My son is 6 3/4 years old.   He just lost his very first tooth!!  My kids definitely walk to a different beat. What happens when a tooth falls out?  The tooth fairy comes, right?   Oh boy, oh boy... money money money, yes, yes, yes!!   NO NO NO!!   My son is "saving" his very first tooth.   The tooth fairy has visited my nine year old just once!!  Still haven't figured out where she is hiding them all (tho she hasn't lost a ton of teeth either.)
